Great staff and great location

Pros: the location and value for the money was perfect. The breakfast was OK. The staff were great. They texted us twice while we were there over the 3 days to ensure everything was good.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Pros: Room is big and very clean. We liked it because there was no carpet in the room. The bathroom was also clean and equiped with all shower items.

Cons: When we came to htl for check in the young receptionist wasn't nice.

Very good

Pros: Very pleasant receptionist and reception area. Was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and coffee available 24/7. Room was great size. Good stay

Cons: Our rooms air conditioning sounded so awful and very loud, couldn’t hear ourselves over it. We could have gone downstairs and told them but just turned it off as was late (when we put it on), and didn’t want to disturb any other guests. Mentioned it on checking out instead.

Definitely would stay again!

Pros: we did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, my daughters and I all said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in, and the shower was AMAZING. The room was very clean. The check in staff was extremely friendly, as was the night staff who helped my ditzy teen operate a microwave (I swear she isn't normally helpless...). We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Cons: We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed a second . . . oh, and winter reared its ugly head, but that's Cleveland for you ...

Under the conditions we had to be in Cleveland it was nice to see all the friendly faces every day

Pros: Place was clean and comfortable. Entire staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Had to extend our stay twice, staff made arrangements to keep us in the same room. Breakfast was good and fresh also kept clean!
