Satisfied

Pros: Our room has microwave and fridge aside from coffeemaker.

Cons: Our room was king with sofa bed. Hotel aware we have 2 teenagers. There's no fitted sheet, linen & blanket for the sofa bed as well as extra pillow in the room. Have to get it at the front desk.

I brought my granddaughter up to go to a concert Maroon 5. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It’s beautiful. The lob

Pros: The lobby is beautiful. The restaurant was very nice so was the bar. The food was great.

It was a nice place to get away from my problems

Pros: The breakfast was really good! The pancakes were the best I've ever had and the eggs were nice. The people were kind to me and the pillows, blankets and mattress were very comfortable.

Cons: The door to my room was very heavy and as a wheelchair user it was difficult to get in

Pros: The breakfast buffet, the food was awesome, the staff was friendly. Everyone who worked there was helpful.

Cons: The mini fridge didnt work, told the person at the desk, but it never got looked at. 🫤

I would stay there again next time I’m in the area

Pros: The staff was informative about the area. Tammy made a delicious breakfast that was included. The food selection & display were impressive! Thanks again Tammy! Comfy bed and clean room and facility. Good coffee too!

It was a good experience except for parking.

Pros: Location was right downtown by the stadium, walking distance to everything I was looking for.

Cons: Parking was horrible.

Very clean, wish parking was better and breakfast was free

Pros: Our room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were fast and we hardly had to wait.

Cons: We did not pay the extra $40 for breakfast. As much as we were paying, breakfast should have been free. Not near enough parking for guests. We were afraid to leave to do anything because we'd have nowhere to park if we left.

Overall satisfied. The compensation for the issue was greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay again

Pros: The staff was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just what you’d want.

Cons: My check in time was 4:00pm and my room wasn’t ready. Due to the courtesy of the front desk lady we got comped parking and breakfast because we waited over an hour for our room.
