Pros: Location was great as we were there for a Cavs game

Cons: We were right beside the elevator, and there was a wedding with a band so it was louder than we would of liked but it did finish at 11pm

Great stay in Cleveland and would recommend.

Pros: Rooms were a really good size and location was excellent for concerts, sport, eating. Lovely heritage hotel right in the heart of Cleveland. Close to Casino and train station also.

Cons: A bit noisy if there is a wedding on, so don't go home early.

Great stop over in Cleveland

Pros: The building was amazing, although it’s a shame the majority of the arcade was not functioning as an arcade …the little coffee shop at the front of the building served the best coffee.the location for e plotting Cleveland was perfect

Pros: The architectural design of this old building was beautiful we would definitely stay there again

Cons: I have no complaints other than charging us $4.00 for a bottle of water that was in the mini fridge as it was free only to members

Perfect location for dinning and nightlife

Pros: I booked here for a nights getaway with my wife for her 50th birthday. We dined at Red Steakhouse. The Hyatt was in perfect walking distance of everything we needed and valet made parking convenient. Hotel property inside and out is beautiful.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel. It was near the main attractions.

Cons: The hotel did not appear to be cleaned properly. When I first entered my hotel, there was trash left on the side of my bed. There was also used balled up wet wash towels in the tub.

A hotel with great character and friendly staff.

Pros: Once inside the hotel, you can really appreciate the beautiful building. Very unusual and great to see how it's been preserved and now used. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; made us feel welcome. The bedroom ticked all the boxes; not exceptional, however nothing to complain about. Overall, a pleasant 2 night stay.

Cons: Due to the time of year, the hotel was exceptionally quiet, which gave it a strange feel. In truth, this applied to the whole of Cleveland. Assume it'll have a better feel in the Summer.

Pros: The hotel and arcade are gorgeous and a great place to stroll around. It is located within easy walking distance to many restaurants, sports venues and cultural attractions. We didn't use our car the whole weekend we were there.

Cons: The parking is very expensive. Park off site. There are many lots around the area.

Our trip was easy, fun, and relaxing.

Pros: I do not remember the room number. The bed was very comfortable. Between the comfortable bed and the room darkening shades, I slept much longer than usual. Thank you! The location was great! We could see sites or shop within convenient walking and driving distances. The alley with do many great restaurants near by made dining decisions easy and painless. It was a great girls trip!

Cons: Nothing, it was a great experience.
