We stayed at the Marriott downtown at Key Tower for a concert which was walking distance from Hotel

Pros: I loved the Location, bed was very comfortable and loved having access to the M Club lounge that was definitely a bonus! Rooms were clean and tidy

Cons: I did not like having to pay for WIFI… i feel if we stay at a hotel then the WIFI should be free… Most Hotels Wifi is free and that was one thing i didn’t look into before I booked

Pros: Staff were amazing! Thank you to the manager on Monday for making sure we received breakfast. It was a great location, we were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cavs game. Room had a magnificent view of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The gym was phenomenal! Breakfast was outstanding every morning. We will utilize this hotel again when we return to Cleveland.

OVerall, we had a great experience and will be back.

Pros: The hotel staff was great - however, it appears to be understaffed for the volume of guests - especially on Friday September 13. The bar areas were especially challenging.

Cons: More staff for the bar/food area. The kitchen was also a bit slow, especially on Friday September 13.

Simply fantastic, thank you!

Pros: Staff & services were exceptional. Night manager Devon was the MVP Friday night after the Billy Joel & Rod Stewart concert. Show ended late & everything closed on the way back. The pantry store was also closed & he made the call to open it up so quite a few guest were able to get something to snack on. He was strictly the best!

Cons: Everything was great, wouldn’t change a thing.
