Historical landmark in the downtown

Pros: Historical landmark, great building, nice rooms, clean and spacious. Located in the middle of downtown, fully renovated, walk distance to the lake, restaurants. Great a la cart breakfast. My husband forgot his backpack with documents and the personnel took care of it, appreciate your help so much! Will be happy to come back!

Cons: The best in the city, don’t miss it

Nice short stay

Pros: Has the feel of faded glory in a good way. Very close to everything. Very corporate and chain hotel feel to it, but that's probably to be expected dive that is what it is.

Cons: The house keeping was minimal. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Pros: Great location and walking distance to restaurants and event venues.

Cons: The restaurant in the lobby so not good. Staff were coving to lay tables and sit give the attention that was needed. Food was not good

Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel decor was historically modern and unique it was huge and clean.

Cons: Not enough perks such as buffet breakfast and swimming pool or workout room.

Pros: window view. Room was nice. Close to everything. Staff was helpful and nice.

Cons: Parking very expensive!!

Pros: The location is excellent. Close to Rocket arena and casino. Bed was comfortable. Loved the unique decor.

Cons: Shower head was rainfall one and the handheld part was difficult to position if you didn't want to wash your hair.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I had an issue with my shower (just too dumb to figure it out) and they sent a maintenance man immediately to show me what I was doing wrong.

Cons: The phone didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell. They should also just put some instructions for the shower, because the maintenance guy knew exactly what was up and it seems this happens all the time.

We liked it and would definitely stay there again

Pros: Nice hotel great location our room had a good view of the square

Cons: Our room with the good view had terribly dirty windows if the view hadn't been so good I would never have noticed the dirty windows also the parking garage was a tight squeeze

Historical and Beautiful

Pros: We noticed that the windows weren’t really that clean but overall the experience was great and will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel, feels like you stepped back in time with the decor

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Smooth check in. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds

Cons: Parking although we did valet which was nice. Could not figure out how to turn on the shower my husband figured it out but a sign would have been helpful
