Kimpton Schofield Hotel by IHG

Great location, lovely hotel. Loud at night.

Pros: Great location and a lovely hotel. The room and bathroom was very nice. The free wine was a nice touch and there was a nice area to play games in the evening. The valet was kind enough to suggest a parking lot which was much cheaper because we didn't need access to the car during our stay.

Cons: The room was right next to extractor fans which was loud at night.

Pros: Super nice staff, location is good. I really appreciated the breakfast at the Betts restaurant downstairs

Cons: We were at second floor and I had much problems falling asleep because of the noises coming from the street.

A nicely different option for downtown Cleveland.

Pros: Smack dab in the center of Cleveland, walking distance to Playhouse Square, and directly across the street from Heinen's downtown grocery Store. A very cozy fireplace warmed lobby greeted us from the sub zero cold outside! Not as design focused as other Kimpton's, but a nice option for something not so standard in the heart of the city.

Cons: The guest room floors and guest room decor were not as interesting as the reception/lobby was indicating, but comfortable and functional in any case.

We enjoyed it alot!

Pros: We really enjoyed the lobby, sitting by the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge, with a his & her vanity divided by the shower. Plenty of lighting and a desk to do anything work.

Cons: No vent in the bathroom. It got steamy and couldn't see in the mirrors. Also the shower ceiling was peeling paint. The caulk on the baseboards cracked and areas a little dirty. Stains on the carpet.

Loved it & would definitely come back!

Pros: Loved the location, lobby was gorgeous, loved the room & decor everywhere. Staff was helpful, personable & friendly. Dinner at Betts was delicious! The shower was sooo good!

Cons: The view from our room was walls of another building, so we didn’t even get any daylight. I also would’ve loved a bit brighter lights, particularly in the bathroom. But this is nitpicking.

Very very nice. Everything was clean, staff super pleasant and the location was perfect.

Pros: Shower - amazing water pressure!! Seriously the best shower I’ve ever had. Like ever!!

I stayed in the city one night to see a play. I was able to walk to everything. It was a perfect location.

Pros: Perfect walking location to Rocket Mortgage Arena, plenty of restaurants and fun spots!! The staff was amazing and the rooms were amazing as well!! We found our perfect weekend getaway spot!!

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like 👍

Would stay here again. Staff and service as well as location are excellent.

Pros: Location! Walked to the Rock n roll Hall of fame and Progressive field baseball stadium.

Cons: A lot of street noise all night.
