Decent hotel

Pros: The hotel is really close to the whole of downtown and the room and the facilities were nice and clean.

Cons: The staff were helpful but not the best for helping book cars - gave us a phone number and left us too it.

Exceptional!!!

Pros: I can’t say enough about our stay. We went for our 5 year anniversary had a very nice tray and champagne waiting in our room. Had an amazing view the beds are super comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good. The ONLY down we had was the $40 for one nights parking. We loved our stay and will be back.

Cons: The amount to park at the hotel.

Pros: The restaurant host was very accommodating. Loved the restaurant.

Cons: The bed sunk in. Was not too comfortable.

Pros: Very beautiful hotel and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Wife and I was impressed.

Cons: No shower door which seems different, but we made it happen lol

Pros: Place was clean, staff in the lobby were really sweet. And We had a housekeeper overhear us talking about calling for new towels and she just offered to bring them herself. I wish I had Gotten her name, but being in the business myself, made me happy to have her there.

Cons: There was a spot on my blanket. White blankets in Hotels usually don't have spots. But everything else was so good it really wasn't a big deal.
