Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

Pros: Great value for money and just a block from where I needed to be. Staff were helpful at all times.

Pros: Cannot recommend this property enough! Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted with the most wonderful staff member who kindly checked me in, and even provided a wealth of local touristic activities and excursions. I felt safe immediately upon arrival. Now onto the room, which is even more beautiful than the photos do it justice! Modern, impeccably clean and pristine, I almost didn't want to leave my room. Amazing selection of channels on the TV also, and very clean, modern and entertaining bathroom (the bathroom walls had newspaper print on them! Great to read as I showered). The room had amazing heat units and A/C, as well as great lighting and really great availability of power outlets. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right by downtown. Overall, I absolutely adored my stay at this modern, clean and beautiful hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Would love to return.

Great value, would definitely stay again

Pros: Great value for a nice, modern hotel in the city center. Great for tourism as it's next to the baseball park and the basketball arena and short walk to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Huge room, quiet, nice beds and linens. One of the best value hotels on a multi-week road trip through the Midwest.

Cons: Everything was great. No complaints.

One night stay with family of 4 to watch a baseball game

Pros: The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the courtyard.

Cons: The hotel rooms could use some maintenance, and the room could have been a little cleaner. For example, the bottom of the washroom door was damaged and dirty, the cushion on the chair was stained, and the headboards had a stain on them, too.

Great location, really comfortable

Pros: Hotel is in a great location and walking distance to quite a few attractions. The room was a decent size with a really comfortable bed. Would recommend it if you're in Cleveland for a sporting event as the major stadiums are close by. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.

Cons: Parking is valet only, unless you can park in a local garage. Coffee machine in the room was a bit awkward to use. We were close to the elevators, which can get a bit noisy with people coming and going.

Cons: Would have been nice to have someplace to have lunch in near the hotel. I had to walk several blocks. Not that big a deal, but if there was better availability of food/snacks onsite, I would have rated the property a \

Excellent location for the baseball fan.

Pros: Location near Cleveland Guardians baseball stadium.

Cons: Desk staff not knowledgeable on booking a taxi to the airport. Breakfast room didn't open at appointed time on our morning of departure, creating a bit of a crunch when it did eventuall open.

Served our purposes and always felt safe and welcome here

Pros: Check was very friendly and efficient. We were certainly made to feel welcome after a long drive from upstate New York. The breakfast was very nice and the valet parking was much needed. Great fitness room too.

Great choice if you're attending a Guardians or Cavs game

Pros: This is a great choice if you are attending an MLB or NBA game downtown. The hotel is right across the street from Progressive Field, walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. There are a bunch of great bars nearby where you can pre-game. There's even a Rally House store on the street where you can buy Cleveland gear. The valet parking is cheaper than game day parking, so why not? I felt bad for other family members who had to drive to the game, deal with traffic and parking, and then someone had to stay sober in order to drive home through all the traffic. We had a blast before, during and after the game, then just walked a few steps to our hotel and crashed. It was a great experience.

Cons: Coffee, tea and breakfast is made to order in the little restaurant attached to the hotel. It was not included with our room at least. After we checked the menu we decided to take a little walk to a nearby diner which had better options and atmosphere.

Very comfortable for a weekend stay. The location was the absolute best and close to everything.

Pros: I did enjoy that they offered Valet and everyone was very friendly
