Perfect stay

Pros: The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lane Harper, Yunis Binlunzo, Kiyana Wheat, LB in the Restaurant Bar and Kathy who worked in the Restaurant. They all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Great choice for downtown Cleveland

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, lots of extras (the 5:30 kickback whilst not fine dining was very useful for a tired traveler just wanting some quick food, plus three free alcoholic drinks per night was unexpected!). The building itself is very grand and great facilities including a well stocked pantry for any little bits you need. Overall just a really pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was perfect in the centre of the city, the hotel is very well maintained and exceeded my expectations of a 3* hotel.

Cons: Some rooms are in very close proximity to one another, you can definitely hear what's going on around you. It may be a little too expensive but not by a lot.

A great homebase to stay when visiting Cleveland!

Pros: The included Breakfast and Dinner was much more than we expected! The free drink coupons for happy hour was also a nice bonus. The hotel is very clean and the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly . Both Nya and Jaremy at the front desk, Stephanie our room attendant and Lane the manager are all but a few of the great staff at this hotel. Walking distance to the RR Hall of Fame restaurants and other downtown attractions is a plus !

Beautiful!

Pros: Beautiful building and rooms, classically styled. It felt like staying in a old mansion with the marble floors and beautiful courtyard. Friendly staff. Free iced lemon/mint water in the lobby to refill your own bottles.
