Pros: The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and we were able to walk to get food.

Pros: Standard but clean and comfortable rooms, in a convenient location. Breakfast selections were reasonably varied. Establishing the WiFi connection was unnecessarily complicated, with multiple screens. Staff responses varied from the polite and helpful to the inexplicably rude.
