overall, it was very good. Staff was very nice.

Pros: breakfast was not open at the advertised time. Although we had breakast (paid) we have to leave because the facility was not ready for us.

Pros: Brehl's bartender waiter was the best. Food was great and service was amazing. Cant remember his name. Hotel is also great spot if you are hitting up the Guardians games!

Modern, comfortable, and clean.

Pros: The hotel was clean and modern. We had a spacious room with everything we needed. The location was very handy as once we had parked up we could walk to all of our destinations.

Perfect for business or personal for a couple nights.

Pros: The location in downtown Cleveland which offers beautiful views at night is what I liked about the place. However I wish I had a room at a higher floor so I could appreciate the downtown Cleveland skyline. The rooms were reasonably priced for a family of 4 adults and it had a coffee maker which is fantastic. No making a trip to the Starbucks downstairs when I can get hot coffee in my room right after I wake up. The front office staff - especially Crystal who I will remember were helpful.

Cons: I think the room got a little crampy as with 4 large bags we could not find a lot of space to move around freely. Also they should have been stocked with more towels. A water filter to refill water would have been great. It may have been there but I could not find it.

Very pleasant stay with lovely staff

Pros: People at check in were so nice and also very helpful. Star in the Brel's restaurant was lovely, a great server and very attentive and sweet. The room was very large and clean so I enjoyed that.

Cons: I do feel the price point in the restaurant was very high. Would have liked it if there was a brunch option on the weekends whereby the restaurant stayed open a bit later for brunch.

Pros: Only stayed for the one night. It was late and cold and we had to walk out on the streets to find somewhere to have a meal. Everywhere was closed but the hotel was unable t assist us with food. The breakfast was good, rooms comfortable.

Cons: Could have more veiety at breakfaast.
