Overall great stay!

Pros: Cutomer service was excepcional when we arrived. The hotel is super clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing location.

Cons: I checked out at 4am and the person at the front desk and the valet were rude. I know it was early but compared with all the other amazing staff, they did not measure up.

Excellent stay

Pros: Room, view excellent. I had to request a repair to the toilet flush which was acted upon immediately. Reception staff were also highly apologetic. It was extremely useful to stay in the same location as the conference I attended.

Cons: The bar (22 I think) - very little choice in vegan food options

Location & Quality, but...

Pros: Location is excellent after a Browns night game. Style, comfort, quality all top notch.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready until nearly 8 pm. Reservation was made months ago, we arrived at 3, other family members checked in just before we did. I would've taken another room that wasn't a lake view. What we finally got was just partial. Annoying when lots of people checked in behind us. We surely didn't get the last double queen room. Hotel did give us a small credit for the wait.

It was great for what we needed!

Pros: It was a decently sized room and a price that was good for us.

Cons: Only stayed one night so don't have much to say here. Scanning the keyboard to go the elevators was a bit of a pain but that may just be me being inexperienced with nicer hotels.

Pros: I love the bar on the rooftop. My husband and I went on our wedding night there and it has always held a special place in our hearts. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are the best for the value.
