Pros: The location was great. I did not try the breakfast, actually I was not aware it was available.

Cons: Nothing, it was nice, pet friendly and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!

Pros: My husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times and we are always pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Clean, comfortable.

Pros: Our room was very clean, quiet, and well-appointed. We were very comfortable there.

Cons: The hotel has no kitchen of its own. The attached Starbucks Cafe has the usual good Starbucks drinks, but we found the food barely edible. Should we ever return, we would definitely go down the road the the McDonald's.

Nice place buta bit remote

Pros: A big stately building is the first impression. Of course this is after coming off the highway, taking some odd twists and turns, driving behind a giant warehouse, and through tractor trailer lots...not sure what our GPS was doing there. It is an oddly elegant place for the location right off I-75. NIce clean room, in fact the whole place was generally spotless. There is a giant (and empty) anteroom with seating and book shelves. The staff was polite and effecient. There is an odd convenience store/DQ across the parking lot and a McDonalds butnot much else unless you actually go in to Wilmington. Come for the hotel, enjoy the stay. Disregard all the other industrial oddities nearby.

Pros: The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and went beyond expected to accommodate a change request.

Pleasant.

Pros: ambience and cleanliness. Having a good restaurant attached to the hotel so if it was bad weather outside, you didn't have to leave out of the hotel to have a good meal.

Cons: It is a pet friendly hotel. On the first night where stayed on the 5th floor, you could hear dog barks into the night and plus our next room neighbor played their TV too loud all night long.
