Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington

We had a wonderful visit here...highly recommend this hotel!!

Pros: First of all we were in between Hampton Inn s traveling..we were staying in Springfield Ohio for two nights..then headed to Wilmington Ohio..I called Hampton Inn in Wilmington and talked to Wendy..she was able to have our suite ready at 12:30..instead of us waiting around until 3..our suite was wonderful..our whole stay was wonderful..thank you Wendy..you were our hero that day..we highly recommend this hotel..we plan on returning to visit family again!!!!!

Pros: Soft beds, great breakfast and just a great experience all the way around!

Cons: Pool was closed our first night of the stay😔

Overall pleasant experience

Pros: I loved how spacious the room was and the complimentary water. The hotel was under renovation but they still kept fairly clean. Loved the key card my phone app as well as the electro check in and check out. Breakfast was decent.

Cons: Nothing major but we noticed some things in our room that suggested the cleaning staff didn’t exactly clean that room thoroughly. Then my child found empty whiskey bottles under the sink when putting towels away. There was also a wad of hair left behind in the shower on the curtain.

Pros: Evening staff were very friendly and helpful. Our newly renovated room was nice!

Cons: Breakfast staff was just one person and she was visibly upset that she had to do everything from prep to getting food out for guests. Many food stations were empty.

Great breakfast, snacks in the afternoon. Comfortable bed.

Pros: Close to my mom’s house. Spacious room and nice bed.

Overall a great stay

Pros: Location, amazing staff, great breakfast, pretty lobby, easy parking, restaurants and shopping close

Cons: Shower needs upgraded

Pros: The breakfast was fine, a mix of options. The location was good. The juices machine was not working. The coffee was great.

Cons: When you have shampoo and conditioner do not have the same color as the dispenser, I was in the middle of washing my hair and it's empty. I had to get out of the shower, fine what I brought and got water all over the place. The soap wash is filled because you can see it on the side.

Pros: Hampton Inn and Suites in Wilmington Ohio didn't disappoint! I was there while competing at WEC. My friend and I were hot and tired for working with my horse all day. The pool helped us cool off and the quiet comfortable room helped us prepare for the next day.

Cons: It was all good!

Great Stay

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, etc. The staff are very friendly. It was an all around great stay.

Cons: Nothing.

My stay was comfortable and great pet friendly and a good fee for my dog to stay.

Pros: The breakfast was great cheese omelets were phenomenal! Love the fresh fruit and plenty of coffee red velvet waffles were delicious

Cons: Nothing i didn't like very satisfied.
