It was great for the price

Pros: Older but had been updated huge king room and shower had hot water very good pressure

Overall a really good experience.

Pros: The location is great. It's not far from most restaurants and it is only about 10-15 minutes away from the Roberts Centre where a lot of events happen. It is a quiet location that sits back off of the main roads with not much traffic which is nice. The parking lots are always well lit at dark and the front desk staff is always willing to help with any room issues or concerns. I love that they are pet friendly (there is a pet fee but it is very reasonable) and they are located about 5 minutes away from a nice dog park. The room and facility was clean and the free wifi was reliable. The check in process is pretty simple and the staff tries to get you checked in very quickly and gives you the easiest entrance to your put you as close to your room as possible so that you don't have to carry things a long way.

Cons: The rooms could use some work and some updating such as new paint, furniture that has chips being repaired or replaced, stickers/tape being completely removed from refrigerators, etc. I was traveling with 2 service dogs and during check in there was some minor discussions about paperwork to prove that they are service dogs or a tag or anything. I tried to explain to them that there is no service dog registry and there is no paperwork that has to be provided beyond their vaccination papers (which I always carry no matter where we are). The woman at the front desk proceeded to say that she would have to speak with her manager about it and she would get back with me. This is 2 years in a row that I've had that same issue with the same person. There is an older man that was there my first year and he had no issues at all so I'm not sure if he was the manager or not but I feel like they should make themselves more aware on the ADA laws and regulations regarding service animals. All of that being said our stay was overall very good and I look forward to staying there again next year!!

Pros: It was perfect for the holiday weekend...we fished....and had family outing s....and I had 5he privacy of my own bed and shower...without bothering other....fit mt lifestyle.

Pros: Clean rooms and building. Good breakfast including pancakes, waffles, cereal, various breads. Friendly staff. Good prices. Good and safe location.

Pros: The breakfast was very good, a variety of foods, tho the coffee was very weak

Cons: When we arrived the desk staff was pleasant and helpful after that initial contact i never saw anyone at the desk again, just a note to leave the keys on the counter. Just strange. The cleaning staff was good and efficient.

Great place to stay!

Pros: The staff was very nice. We had a few things we had to ask about and they were very quick to respond/fix. The location was easy to get to everything. We had a dog with us, they had plenty of grass to walk your pets. Rooms were very clean and ours looked recently updated/remodeled.

Cons: The pool wasn't heated, but I'm not sure if they advertise as heated though. The beds were not as comfy as most, I think they need to get better mattresses.

Pros: peacefulness,privacy, and if i needed sumthn easy to find and got right on it.no complaints here!.

great budget option to stay in the area

Pros: the Royalton was a great budget option. by no means would it be winning any awards but it was a safe and comfortable place to stay on our trip

Cons: the room was a little small, and there were no elevators.

Pros: The pool felt amazing and the room was clean and comfortable and cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that I missed the breakfast in the morning but that was on me.

Pros: Returning customer Great location for traveling with pets

Cons: Pool closed Did not like having to pay before i arrived and i did not get a statement from the motel. Also i do not remember having to pay a pet fee
