Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo South - Perrysburg by IHG

Pros: Great location, room and bathroom, comfortable beds, breakfast was fantastic. Gym room was great.

Cons: Carpets were dirty and old. They should be refurbished to wooden or laminate floors

Pros: Staff was exceptionally helpful as I used a third party source to book the rooms and one of my party arrived before I did - not a problem as I was concerned because oftentimes this can be an issue). The desk staff were super friendly. The family had four separate rooms and all were very pleased with the accommodations.

Good relax stay on the way

Pros: Location is perfect - 5 mins drive from the main highway, easy to reach and enough to get rid of noise. Hotel is quiet and clean. Room is comfortable, the air temperature is easily adjustable, and air conditioner is not so loud.

Cons: Breakfast is not good from my opinion. You have better options outside the hotel.

Our stay was excellent.

Pros: Clean, room size and setup, great bathroom and breakfast was good with variety.

Pros: Friendliness of staff when we arrived and cleanliness of the room, excluding the bathroom. Room rate was great for the high rating of the facility overall.

Cons: The bathroom was very clean in general but had some mildew around the shower doors.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. Especially the young lady that was the desk clerk. I had called that first morning asking if we could check in early. She told me that she would get with house keeping and make that happen for us. She then called me back later to tell me our rooms were ready. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Awesome service.

Wonderful and we would stay there again

Pros: The breakfast was standard hotel offering, not much for a diabetic but it was okay. The location was wonderful the rooms were fabulous

Cons: Breakfast choices. Would like to see hotels offer boiled eggs, low carb wheat breads and high protein yogurts for diabetics

Cons: Notre clim faisait un bruit infernal et il était impossible de l'arrêter. Cela a beaucoup pénalisé notre sommeil. Pour le reste c était parfait !

Pros: The hotel cleaning personnel is top-notch. Front desk personnel always were greeting us as we walked into the hotel.
