Pros: Having never been to this area before we are always delighted to open the door to our room to find it not only a clean room but one that is warm & welcoming as well.

Cons: Not one thing!

Generally it was good

Pros: The breakfast was good but the location was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy. The room was large and nice but the thermostat indicated the hvac filter needed to be changed and the room was a bit musty.

Great stay at a wonderful hotel with very welcoming staff and clean rooms.

Pros: Excellent friendly staff, very clean facilities, pool always stocked with towels. Blackout curtains worked correctly, making the room very dark which is important for our sleep.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Our stay and room were great. The place looks better than ever. The breakfast was not great.

Pros: We really liked all of the physical upgrades, both in the common areas and in the rooms. Very nice. This is our favorite stop every time in our trips to the mid-west. The staff was so nice as always. keep up the great work.

Cons: We have stayed at this location many times and this was the first time we would rate the breakfast as poor. Little to no fresh fruit, the meat was not cooked well, the coffee was not great. The facility was fine, but this service was poorly managed.

Great Staff and iffy Housekeeper

Pros: Breakfast was good. They have cooked eggs and bacon/ham for mornings then ofc your standard cereals with fresh milk and waffle makers. Staff were kind and helpful. They do have a “Inn Market” sodas and water are $2.00 they have microwave meals and chips and all that available too. Very close to good food and etc as well. We booked two separate rooms, and both are great with being cleaned and etc. the pricing for the rooms even after Taxes were great as well. They do book fast so be warned for that.

Cons: When I was checking out my hotel room, the door randomly opened and what I think was the Housekeeper tried coming in. I was nervous and a bit irritated after that. I have an almost 3 month old baby boy and myself in that room so that was scary. Also when you book you will be REQUIRED to put down $50 for a security deposit basically to make sure you don’t cause damages and if you do they won’t return that $50. Otherwise things were cleaned and great.

Great stay for the value!

Pros: Great location, easy to get on highway and find food and shopping. Lovely stay!

Cons: AC unit was very loud and kept turning on and off during my stay. Was difficult to sleep. Even after turning ours off I was able to hear other rooms units doing the same. Pool towels were often low or not available.

Worth the stay!!

Pros: The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and retail stores.

Cons: Nothing you can change, didn't know it was so close to the freeway, I heard it more in the middle of the night, but it did not take away from the room.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Where everyone makes you feel like family! From Matthew the GM to Miss Paulette, Miss Sarah, and Maria. Fantastic hot tub open from 6am to midnight. From 10pm to midnight adults only. The place is busy with activity. New furniture and such arriving. I plan on treating myself once a month!

Cons: I loved everything

Pros: It was clean and spacious and quiet 👍 bc of my back injury the jacuzzi helped out tremendously

Cons: I couldn't figure out how to make the curtains block the sunlight

Pros: Staff was great! I’ve been there twice when the same front desk woman was working and she is very friendly and attentive! We go do my son can swim. Pool and hot tub are always clean and comfortable

Cons: Tv could have been better!
