Great overall

Pros: Big spacious room, all the amenities are there, felt welcome at the reception area etc.

Cons: All would've been perfect EXCEPT when I walked in the common library space (on the main floor) early in the morning, someone was sleeping on the couch there (as in right in the public space). Hmm.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and beautifully appointed. I wish we'd been able to stay longer and use more of the kitchenette in our suite because it was perfect!

Cons: I was bummed there wasn't a hot tub but the pool area was nice and spacious and very clean.

Convenient and family friendly.

Pros: Convenient for our travels. Family friendly. Great amenities: hot delicious breakfast, clean gym and pool, kitchenette.

Cons: Our room could have been a bit cleaner. The cushions were stained on chairs and I found hair on my pillow when turning it down.

Pros: We like that it is like a little secure apartment but would like a taller toilet not sure how to request when selecting a room

It was very nice overall.

Pros: It was very comfortable and location worked nicely for the activities we had attended.

Cons: Had some cobwebs on the ceiling. Half of the light bulbs for bathroom vanity and upper ceiling were out.

Pros: The staff were superb, very friendly and remembered why we were there!!! We found that very refreshing. Most times, they don't seem to care. Just want your money. Breakfast was exceptional. They pretty much had anything you could want for a breakfast included in your stay. Wonderful!!! We will recommend to everyone🥰🥰🥰
