It was a nice stay.

Pros: They put me in room where I could keep an eye on my trailer.

Cons: Not enough wall plugs. had to unplug a lamp in order to plug in the power cord for my laptop.

A nice clean and convenient place to stop for the night.

Pros: I got a clean room in a convenient location right off the highway, near plenty of stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.

Cons: Breakfast could of been better. Maybe some eggs and bacon or sausage.

Good room and great staff

Pros: Best nights sleep I have had in 2 weeks. Very friendly staff that made plenty of accommodations for me.

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Comfortable motel, very clean.

Pros: Bed was very Comfortable? , nice motel for being a middle of the pack motel.

Pros: We didn't have breakfast at the motel as it was a limited selection of breakfast items. The location had a variety of eating estalishment to choose from.

Cons: There were no cups for drinking.

It was a nice place to stay when we are traveling campers and needed to get out of the stormy weather.

Pros: Staff were nice and accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they refunded us for the night which was very nice of them. Beds comfy!

Cons: They charge a pet fee for $25 for every night you stay. A one time charge for a pet would be sufficient. Breakfast they only have sugary cereal, something other than sugar stuff would be good.

Clean, comfortable, and well worth the money

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. A great value. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons: There was no wifi in the room

The price was right, it was comfortable , it was close to our event.

Pros: The mattress and pillows were some of the best I’ve ever slept on. I like/need a fridge so a big plus there.

Cons: You can tell the building is rather aged and a bit of sweeping/dusting would help it a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back and stay again.

Pros: The hotel was nice as were the staff. Location was good.

Cons: They have a policy of a security deposit in case of damage to the room. The policy stated cash deposit of $50 dollars given back upon checkout. I paid for the room in advance and when we arrived was informed the deposit was $60 dollars and needed to be put on a credit card. I paid it after being told that it would show as a pending and a credit would be issued upon checkout. The room was inspected and everything was fine and I was told they had already issued the credit. That was on Monday 7/17/23. I called on Tuesday as no refund had shown up on my card. The manager told me it sometimes takes 5 days. As of today still no credit posted or pending. I'm very angry as the room was in excellent condition when checked out. In fact other than our dirty towels in the tub and trash in the trash can the room didn't look any different than when we checked in. In fact the beds barely looked like anyone had slept there. I'm traveling and would like to get my refund before I leave the state and I have waited 5 days. As mentioned before I have spoken to him (manager) twice and filed a complaint with Booking. Could use some intervention here. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you, Jody L VanAtta
