Our room was so great, we brought in food!

Pros: This is a fantastic hotel. Our room was large with a balcony. We had 2 bar stools and a counter. The bathroom was large and very nice. We actually brought in food because we wanted to stay in our room. Staff was so helpful and nice!

Cons: They provide a nice breakfast. I didn't care for the scrabbled eggs. Everything else was wonderful. Nice breakfast room, too!

Big clean rooms, nice staff, but more like a 3 star instead of a 5 star.

Pros: The location of this hotel was good. Not far from either Cambridge or Zanesville. The rooms are quite big and the mini-kitchen is a great addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. It was also quite clean (both the room and the common space) and as it was a muddy time, the staff was really working to try and keep up with a bit of a dirty challenge! When I asked to be in a room at the back of the hotel to avoid the road noise, it was graciously accommodated.

Cons: My room was right next to the ice machine, elevator (which I had requested not to be near when I booked), and it was a bit noisy. There was also a strange buzz from the heat pump in the room. None of this was a deal breaker, but a bit annoying at times. Part of the reason I booked was because of the pool and it was closed. I may not have gone there if I had known this (It had been closed for a year...). The breakfast was ok...I tried many of the hot items and they were not very good. But there were offerings of cold cereal, fruit, bagels, toast, english muffins - so plenty on offer. The chocolate chip cookies available during the day was a nice touch. Please note that this hotel is on a busy highway. If you want a quieter room be sure to ask for one on the back. As other people have mentioned, you have to travel a bit for restaurants. There is a Sheetz across the street which has limited take out, and a pizza place and grocery store just up the road. But all other restaurants require going to Cambridge or Zanesville about 10-15 minutes away. It is listed as a 5 star hotel - but it is not. Think maybe 3 and you will be satisfied.

Pros: The breakfast is always great. This Hotel has the most bang for your buck, beautiful rooms!

Vert nice and convenient place to stay.

Pros: Nice property with easy access right off the interstate. Rooms were larger than I expected and very clean

Cons: I gave the property an 8 on the scale and it would have been a 10 but the mattresses really need to be upgraded. They were bad necessarily, but just a little lacking. Even with that said, I would stay there anytime I’m in the area

Four stars (no spa/hot tub) but otherwise a 5 star hotel at a ridiculously cheap price!

Pros: The room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the freeway, so there was NO noise whatsoever. It was warm and cozy with an easy to use thermostst. The little balcony and windows looked out on the empty field and woods, with the lights of New Concord town twinkling in the distance, about a mile away. Cons: The area has nearly no restaurants close by, but I was able to pick up slices of pizza at Wally's Pizza for $1.95 per slice.

Surprise in a small town

Pros: It just happened to be the closest place to a cemetery I was able to visit where an immigrant great great great great great grandfather is buried, on my way East to the memorial service for my brother.

Cons: There wasn't a very appealing restaurant to be found in town.

Pros: We like the individual nature of this hotel, the spacious rooms and the modern decor. The breakfast is good.

Cons: In the first room we were assigned the bathroom door did not shut fully. We requested, and were quickly assigned, another room. However, (maybe because of the quick change) this room did not seem to be cleaned properly—there was left-over food in the fridge, and fruit loop cereal pieces on the floor. Everything else was fine though. We told the check-out person about these things.

Pros: Since I am handicapped I need more room to maneuver around. I so love the room is size & floor plan all staff was polite & professional

Cons: I did not like the fact that water flowed out of the threshold of shower onto slick tile floor. We stayed here several times. The last time we stayed we were unable to watch local stations. We called & asked before we booked if channels were fixed, we were told yes. They were not, also the swimming pool has been closed for years. It seems if something is broken it's like oh well. The Free Breakfast has been cheapened with preprocessed items.
