I needed a quick overnight stay midway through a very long drive. This hotel worked out very well.

Pros: The staff was extremely efficient and very friendly. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ready when advertised and was adequate for a quick bite before driving home.

Cons: There was a strange smell in the hallway, but my room was fine. The heating/cooling unit was a little noisy, but it is in most hotels so that is nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros: The breakfast featured many items including a waffle iron! Clean and well maintained. The property is conveniently located near the Interstate.

A nice surprise in Zanesville!

Pros: Easy off and on the Interstate - Restaurant nearby. Gas across the street. Decent price!

Pet friendly and highly recommended

Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff. Was really great to a very weary traveler and went the extra mile. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Great place right off the highway with lots of places to eat nearby.

Cons: The bathrooms were strange, sink in the rest of the room either a door to the toilet and shower than was pretty small.

Excellent staff, facility, cleanliness, and attitude.

Pros: We stay at this facility every time we come to Ohio – to visit family – usually 2 to 3 times a year. It is always excellent service and very clean. This Thanksgiving we were traveling and we were even offered to enjoy some of the Thanksgiving food that was prepared and waiting in the kitchen area during Thanksgiving day – that was a very welcoming and very nice thing to do. The staff is always great and we appreciate all of the hospitality. Thank you – Kevin Stanley.

Pros: Breakfast was good . Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: I accidentally booked two rooms on the same date when I needed one room for two days. The front desk evening staff seemed very confused on the correct way to fix this because it was through booking.com . Someone at the desk the next morning was able to correct my mistake.

Good hotel and locadtion

Pros: Typical hotel for the brand. We were comfortable and had plenty of space in the hotel. Breakfast was good with choices.

Pros: The desk clerk was really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was a great value. We liked the big tv and comfy bed.

Cons: The shower wasn’t super clean and the toilet had a broken lid. The room was a bit care worn.
