Best Western Executive Inn- Mount Gilead

My stay was excellent.

Pros: Location great, cleanliness was beyond my expectations,breakfast every morning was very good, bed was comfortable, fresh towels every day as well as my bed made every day. Staff was excellent. The inside of hotel as well as the exterior were kept in pristine shape.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Pros: they had breakfast sandwiches that were saugage egg and cheese on a crossant, that were premade and the crossant was soggy. Not very good. I took the meat and eggs out and ate that.

Pros: Combined for Inkcarceration Festival, especially for the price and distance.

Pros: The staff was accommodating by allowing us to check in early to dress for a wedding.

Cons: A few things were dated, but overall a pleasant stay for what we needed.

Pros: It was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.

Cons: I didn't like being on the 2nd floor w/no elevator. I realize that 12-15 steps aren't many for most but certain health conditions can make that task a bit challenging for some. I get it if you're completely booked, but if you're not, come on.

Pros: Staff was incredible, breakfast was excellent, room was great!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Cons: It was all excellent!

Pros: The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall the staff was accommodating and courteous. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable enough.

Cons: There was no elevator! The swimming pool was drained. My room key started not to work on the second night and they had a hard time fixing it.

Pros: The potatoes and eggs for breakfast were delicious!

Clean and comfortable with wonderfull staff

Pros: This BW was clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was neat and tidy and selection was more than adequate. I thought a nice touch was a handwritten white board with the names of the staff working that day, and another that had the selection for the daily breakfast. We had difficulty with our TV the first night, but staff quickly corrected it. Only fast food and gas stations at this exit, but easy access to 71 for short travel to restaurants.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit off were the towels. They had to be the scratchiest I've ever used. Worked well to exfoliate the skin :)

Pros: Very nice room. Had everything you could want in the room. Kleenex, Towels, TV, Mini fridge, and coffee.

Cons: My wife was upset with the stained comforter.
