The Grand Resort

Pros: Very clean and very friendly staff 🙏 And also very safely 🙏❤️

We had an amazing time.

Pros: We never had a bad meal at the resort or The Chop House. The pools are gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and nice.

We had a fun filled weekend

Pros: The facility is beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is pet and kid friendly, so you don't have to worry about who will watch half the family.

Cons: The only downside to the facility is its not wheel chair accessible, so my rooms had to be split on two separate floors.

I liked it so I will return!

Pros: The food was great and our server was outstanding. She knew what we liked and she was at our table each with our coffee in hand to serve us. She had a great personality!

Cons: Everything was great as well as the staff. They were top notch!

Pros: The Atmosphere was great the staff were professional & very friendly the food was excellent I can't wait to return my next visit will be more than 1 night

Nice getaway, but was expecting more.

Pros: The Roman bath was great! The availability of restaurants on sight allowed you to not have to leave. Resort was quiet when expected. Resort was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There needs to be a coffee shop/cafe option. There is no designated area like a sitting area or library area to read or just hang out where it is quiet. The cigar lounge was a nice touch, but not really an option if you wanted something similar but don’t like smoke. Due to the season, although there were restaurant options, they were very limited. The Gatsby was listed as an option, but was closed on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day. The Chophouse is technically on the property but not affiliated with resort. There needed to be live entertainment available every day at the resort. Kind of a strange entrance to Roman Bath from rooms during winter season where you walk through the lobby and through the Lobby Bar to get there, then back through bar/lounge through Lobby to get to rooms. Resort definitely more suited for warmer weather with golf courses and outdoor pools and restaurants. Will probably try another stay then.

Super fun and relaxed

Pros: The fact you could walk with alcohol from the bar to your room and it was all one cohesive unit throughout the property

Cons: We had the spa suite and the one thing I’d say is I didn’t like the fact if you had windows open for natural light the whole parking lot in front of the recreation center could see into our room

The staff were great! We loved it!

Pros: The staff, bartenders and food were all awesome! Beautiful place!

Cons: Room walls were not soundproof. We could hear the other room conversations.

Pros: Staff was always very helpful and attentive. Facilities were beautiful

Cons: Service was a bit slow. No remotes in the room had to call front desk

Overall it made for a nice weekend getaway.

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Isaac specifically was very professional and courteous.

Cons: The restaurant staff at the resort itself were pretty slow.
