A great stay

Pros: They had hot drinks at reception that we appreciated so much while it was terribly cold. And it was good quality coffee!

Cons: We very much enjoyed the breakfast but we have dietary restrictions and can't eat pork so a chicken or turkey sausage option would have been appreciated.

Excellent hotel - I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, clean, friendly, love how the breakfast goes till 10am!

Pros: Breakfast was delightful.. alot of choices. Room was very clean, nice, had what we needed for a great night's stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, usually not the case. Staff was very friendly, check in and out times were great, nice to not have to rush out of bed to get checked out Was the best overall hotel stay experience I have had in a long long time! Thankyou!

Cons: If I could critique anything it would be maybe shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside the shower instead of on the outside sink. I got in and then didn't have it, not realizing it was out there.

Nice getaway to celebrate my husbands’s birthday

Pros: The breakfast was good what was included in price of accommodations. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Alcove restaurant which is one of the reason we visited Mt Vernon, Ohio

Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel.

Pros: Unique. Warm, welcoming, comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely view of the small park in the square. It was quiet at night. Love the special touches like the embossed toilet paper and provided sleep mask. Everything was very clean.

Cons: I would like to see more lights in the parking area. It is pretty dark in some spots when you’re arriving at night.
