Good hotel right in the center of town

Pros: Location is excellent, town center and restaurants are easily reachable by foot. The room was large, the bed good and the Smart-TV gave us Netflix

Pros: My family and I stayed for an overnight to be close for a drop off at the airport and it was a great stay. Friendly, clean and it was for a good price too.

Cons: No negative comments, everything was in order. If I could suggest anything it would be to have information on common questions a little easier accessible.

They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, convenient and enjoyable.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the complimentary drinks were a great bonus and the staff was super nice all the time.

Cons: The pool was a little colder than we were expecting for being heated, but our kids still enjoyed it.

Embassy Suites is my go to Hotel in Charleston WV

Pros: The Staff were very helpful and cheerful There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a great chef that makes perfect Omelettes. The lobby bar was fun!

Excellent location with nice amenities.

Pros: I really liked the location of this property; really accessible to all main attractions and has easy access, in and out of the main highways. We also like the free breakfast as it was filled with great variety and the choices were fresh.

Cons: Paying for customer parking, I believe is unreasonable.
