Great stay close to everything

Pros: Bummer that there was no guest parking but I was able to park just as close but cheaper so not an issue

Cons: Like everything the security guards opened up extra elevators to expedite guests to their room after a big concert

Great every year.

Pros: I come here every winter for the Winter Jam Christian concert. Hotel is great staff is great.

Cons: I do wish you had a free breakfast buffet.

Pros: Location was good and convenient to get in/out of.

Cons: Key cards wouldn't work the first time I went up to the room so I had to come down and get them reset then go back up. It was also super windy and I was on the 11th floor and the sliding doors and balcony felt like they were going to blow off the building.

Cons: Eh the direction to get into the parking garage was difficult. I’d like valet parking

Excellent location! Close to fun and food!

Pros: We loved the location as the hotel is within walking distance to nightlife and excellent restaurants.

Cons: We saw online that the hotel restaurant was open for lunch so we went down at 11:40am only to be told it was closed and would open at 4pm. This should be updated online.

Cons: Pool was closed so the kids were a little disappointed.
