Great hotel, really nice place

Pros: Really spacious, lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff

Cons: The fact they decided to do carpark maintenance and close the majority of the parking lot when we were there meaning we had to park in a lot for the neighbouring restaurant overnight.

Excellent facility, close to everything and overall great place to stay.

Pros: Excellent coffee offerings in the morning and bar offerings at night. Friendly service, Mel (shuttle driver) was fantastic. Great location, close to everything and easy to find. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Clean room!

Cons: Pool area is way too loud. Breakfast offerings could have been better.

Pros: the shower, space & bed comfort. nice blankets & pillows. shower had 2 shower heads which was different but very helpful. tv was a great size.

Cons: they overbooked king bedrooms so my partner & i had to stay in a double queen room. our bed was a great size but we just didnt like the layout with another bed.

Pros: The location was perfect for our visit to the HOF. Adequate parking and staff was friendly and answered any and all of our questions.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind other than a restaurant directory of the area.

Lovely stay for my first visit to Ohio!

Pros: Loved the room…spacious, clean, comfy bed and pullout couch! Cleaning staff were so nice. Breakfast was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the Hyatt in Canton!

Cons: Nope…got nothin’! I enjoyed all three days!

Nice stay in the heart of Canton Shopping.

Pros: Room was nice and clean. Foyer was decorated beautifully. Ample parking.

Cons: Breakfast bar was not good. Eggs over cooked. No bacon—get a waffle maker. Lighting was too low in the room.

Great stay and everyone was really welcoming!

Pros: Area was accesible too many restaurants and stores… great place!

Cons: There was nothing really negative to say. One thing I noticed was the pool water being too cloudy. Water was not cleared at all, it may had too much chemicals, not sure.
