Good location for work trip

Pros: good location, very close to the airport - they offer a transfer to the airport although I wasn’t aware of this when booking

Cons: had a room facing the main road and could hear the traffic.

Great time for the family, overall experience was amazing

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, pool was fun for the kids, gym was decent, hotel room was good

Cons: They couldnt find my booking and told us no rooms available so gave us a scare as we were several hours away from home, they had to escalate to a manager to sort it out, wifi would not connect at first and errores out alot

Pros: Vera was the star of the show for breakfast! She was personable and kind. She made me a special breakfast to accommodate my dietary restrictions.

Cons: Found a hair in the bathroom sink and the fridge needed a little more cleaning. The door stops were loose.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel. The bartender was very nice and informative. Also it was very quiet.

We will do it again with our other grandchildren.

Pros: We used the hotel as a fun Fall Break vaca for our granddaughters. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff made our grands feel special.

Cons: Short on dining room cleaning staff on Saturday (only saw 1 person cleaning the tables) whereas on Friday there were 3 ladies on the floor.

Great location and even better than great customer service

Pros: My stay started with beyond excellent customer service with Demetri. I can not say enough good things about him. Every hotel in the world needs a Demetri working their front desk I also enjoyed the happy hour that Embassy suites offers daily. It was nice to get a drink and a snack. The bar tender working that evening was very friendly and engaging The breakfast was great. I'm not a morning eater, but there was a nice selection and they were making fresh omelets. There was real fresh fruit , which was nice to see. The best part for me was they had a soda machine. As someone who doesn't drink coffee or juice, it was a bonus to be able to get my own soda.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the prices of items in the grab and go. The water and soda were way overpriced
