Pros: Location was great for Football Hall of Fame. Great suite, well equipped.

Cons: No wash cloth is bathroom.

Better than expected.

Pros: The hotel offers a different breakfast everyday. However the breakfast was just ok. Not bad for free. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It actually surpassed my expectations. We had a full stove to make dinners of needed which helps when you have a family.

Cons: The indoor pool was freezing. The elevator is very slow and there is only one. There is only one ice machine and that is on the main floor. The hotel could also use a fresh coat of paint.

Great room with 2 separate bedrooms each with own full bath. Deb and Val at front were awesome!

Pros: I like that the location was a little removed from the main drag of all the highways. It was set back off the road on a quieter location. Our suite had 2 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. That was the best! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were cozy. We also liked that we had the middle area as a kitchen and living room thus we could hang out there together. The breakfast offered nice options including bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurts, oatmeal bar, hot coffee, etc.

Cons: I would suggest having luggage racks in the bedrooms to put your suitcases on. It is just more sanitary.

It was a very nice stay.

Pros: Convenient and the room was exactly what I needed.

Cons: Maybe only having an ice machine on the first floor. Would’ve been a bit more convenient for the initial start with ice if machines were closer, but not a deal breaker.

Pros: The two bedroom suite was amazing. Perfect size for a family.

Cons: The big burner on the stove didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work. The beds were way too firm.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay and will keep this property in mind when traveling again.

Pros: I reserved a 2 bedroom Suite because there was a total of 5 family members. It worked out perfect, my daughter and husband took one bedroom and my husband and I the other bedroom, and my granddaughter slept on the pull out couch. To have a room with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer is Fantastic! Entire family enjoyed the Breakfast options, from muffins,, bagels, danishes, english muffins, Waffle maker, fresh fruit, milk, juices! OMG! My granddaughter loved the Cheese and Egg Omelette's!! It was too cold to enjoy the Grill and firepit outside. Absolutely loved it and so did the entire family. Pool was clean, staff was very friendly. A+++

Cons: The only thing I was not prepared for was the Television, However, luckily I brought my Password Box and was able to log in to Netflix.

Pros: It was pretty good something to jump start your day

Cons: Breakfast just needed more variety

Pros: Staff was awesome. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean.

Cons: Breakfast was terrible. When we went down there was only biscuit and gravy that was tasteless and eggs were not good. That was it.

I would return

Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The staff was apologetic for the room issues. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and appliances: microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was set up nicely and had several options. In spite of some issues, it was overall a positive experience.

Cons: When we first arrived, the 1st set of keys didn’t work then when we got in, there were no sheets on the bed. We changed rooms then the new keys didn’t work either. There was a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The telephone never worked the entire time, not did one bed light (the outlet was broken). The tub was very slow to drain and the toilet would not flush completely and had a slight urine smell. The microwave surface/counter light didn’t work. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher. The fuse box was unlocked in the room and there were some gnats.

Average but would entertain another attempt

Pros: The hotel room was exceptional. Comfortable bed and excellent space. The front desk associate may benefit from a customer support retreat. The breakfast was awful. And for nearly 200.00 a night, eggs and cooked hasbrowns would have been helpful. I would attempt a stay at hotel again. I appreciate your asking for feedback. God Bless
