Hampton Inn & Suites Canton

Pros: Very modern decor - very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most similar rooms I've booked. The bed was also larger and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the overall welcoming look and feel. Exceptionally clean - great for germophobes like myself!

Pros: We came during a snow storm. The staff was amazing. I used the pool right as it opened. The gentleman who opened the pool was very nice and helpful.

Cons: There should be a place to put the used pool towels in the pool area.

Pros: We really like the size of the room and how close it was to the stores.

Cons: The only reason I gave this property an 8 was because some kids pulled the fire alarm at 10:30 at night and had the whole hotel awake and fire department had to come. Not hotels fault but really ridiculous and annoying

Pros: We bought the stay for my parents because we live in a townhouse and don't have an extra bedroom. My stepdad said the bed was so big he had to write a postcard to my mom haha. They said they enjoyed the room very much. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was outstanding!! Everyone was polite, kind, helpful & extremely accommodating!!! Kudos!!!

Pros: the breakfast was amazing and the choices were perfect. It was nice that there was a different egg/meat selection each day

Pros: Clean, well maintained. Front desk person was very helpful in suggestions eating locations.

Cons: Pot smokers by the back door (not the property’s fault).

Pros: It was in a good location and the facility was new and updated.

Cons: We did not have breakfast since it was told to us that it was pay only. Later we notice that it was complimentary. Also the checkout person misquoted us for a double stay when we only stayed one night. I had to show her the booking bill the actual price of our stay since she was not aware of the price.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Great location, room was spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming. I would definitely return.

Cons: The mattress was hard, but that's a personal preference.
