Excellent hotel with great value!

Pros: Excellent staff and clean and modern facilities. This location exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area!

Pros: This was a great location. Our destinations were the Ark Encounter, and the creation Museum. This hotel was only 45 minutes from either location. There are restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The staff at this hotel were very helpful, and it is a clean facility

I was able to get a good night sleep

Pros: The hotel was able to provide me a room at a better price due to the reservation not being in their system. The room was inviting and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Everything was hot.

Cons: Check-in was a big stress for me. The person could not find my reservation in the system. I showed my confirmation email. I was very stressed over the whole situation. New door locks were put on the room and it was very hard to get the door opened. I have to use my body to get it to open. The toilet was leaking on the floor. I reported the problems to the front desk.
