Comfort Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Loved staying here.

Pros: I loved staying at the Comfort Suites and would definitely return. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and well appointed. Very comfy beds. Breakfast had enough choice and free coffee and iced water were available all day. Pool felt like a private pool. Everything was clean. I felt so relaxed staying here and hope to stay again when next in the area. Convenient for the airport. You can hear the odd plane but it isn’t disturbing.

Pros: As soon as we walked in the door, we knew we would be satisfied staying here. The cleanliness, the checkin staff and the general feeling of comfort were evident immediately. The room was lovely and especially clean. We were close to restaurants also.

New Years Eve getaway

Pros: Very very clean. I am a retired housekeeper, so I really appreciate having a clean room. And breakfast was awesome!

Cons: The mattress was a little too hard for me and husband.

Great place for traveling. I stayed enough to sleep. Above my expectations.

Pros: I really wasn't expecting much but this exceeded my expectation. The room was very spacious for the 4 of us in my family. Plenty of room to separate.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Nice

Pros: Indoor pool could be a little warmer but it was nice. Carpet a little worn but adequate. Overall a good stay ty.

Comfortable

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the room and it's spacious.

Cons: I know the breakfast is complimentary, but the juice machine is out of order,they should provide juices different ways, but that's the downside. Everything's perfect.

Our stay was wonderful, the facilities were very clean, and the room was extremely comfortable.

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Cons: The seats in the eating area need recovering. They were showing major signs of wear and tear.

Great value for comfortable stay

Pros: Great location near shopping and restaurants! Pool is open all year long and breakfast us always good. Ideal for families.

Cons: Our room didn't quite suit us this time. I am grateful the hotel is handicapped accessible but we didn't need the extra handicapped seat in the bathroom and it took up space. The facility is generally very clean and comfortable but there were a couple stains in the bathroom this time.

Pros: Bella struttura, posizione comoda, bella piscina, buona palestrina. Stanza ampie, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una suite con balcone, abbiamo molto apprezzato e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto gentili tutti quello dello staff, siamo arrivati molto in anticipo per via della tormenta e ci hanno subito fatto accomodare nella lobby e dopo poco la stanza era già pronta. Letto comodossimo e tutto molto molto pulito.

Cons: Il parcheggio pieno di neve, scherzi a parte, ci è piaciuto tutto!

Pros: The hotel was clean and updated. The gentleman at the front desk during checkout was extremely helpful. I booked through Booking.com and received a confirmation. However, the request was never sent to the hotel. Since I had prepaid, I had to book the room again and was charged twice. The man at the desk refunded my duplicate charge without having to go through Booking.com. which I will never use again.

Cons: Everything was good.
