Courtyard Cincinnati Airport South/Florence

Pros: Very friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. The lobby was very modern and open, with a great selection of food and the store is also great. Convenient location right off the interstate and free parking is great! Amazing vibe and I'm very excited to go back. The fridge was actually great! The curtains were very blackout!

Cons: The bedding was very thin, and there was no safe in the room.

Pros: Loved the design of the room and the placement of all of the furniture…cute, little twist:) The room was clean, the shower was phenomenal and the bed was fabulous! I seriously want stay here again to sleep in that bed!😊 It is a step above the other hotels with the same or more expensive rates. Very comfortable with noticeable, subtle elegances. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The first night I was on the side near the highway, as a light sleeper it was a bit loud BUT they got me a room on the other side the second night and it was a lovely stay!

Great value for a cutie room with a view.

Pros: Ari. I liked Ari about the property. She is a rockstar!! The property was well maintained and my room was clean. I didn’t have time to visit the lobby or other amenities but I definitely wanted to.

Cons: There wasn’t anything in particular that struck me as a dislike. No housekeeper stopped in for tidying or anything. I had to refresh towels and tissue myself, even though I did select for service every other day. Not a deal breaker, though.

Pros: I wish I remembered his name. Pretty sure it started with a J but he worked the front desk and he was so friendly every time he was there and always asked about our stay. And the location was perfect and the room was very clean.

Cons: We were right next to the elevator and it did make noise every 30 seconds the first night of our stay but it wasn’t too bothersome but I could see where it could be annoying for some travelers.

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable bed and had high quality bedding. I requested a quiet room and was very happy with the room provided. The level of sound proofing was also very good.

Cons: Some of the bathroom fixtures were a little old, but still reasonable quality overall.

Pros: I forgot his name, but he was so welcoming upon arrival. Working in retail. We’re talk to beat the customer to the greeting and he exceeded my customer service expectations.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay 100%.
