Perfect.

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast had everything you needed to start the day and the staff were very friendly. Nearby there is a mall and various restaurants, a racetrack and casino, next to I75; we left very satisfied.

Awesome stay at the Hyatt, plan on staying at more Hyatt's in the future as we travel around the USA

Pros: We enjoyed everything, the breakfast, the spacious rooms, the indoor pool, the service and staff were all excellent. It was close to the amenities we enjoy and needed and it was convenient for when we departed onto our next location. I should booked two nights instead of one!

Cons: Nothing, if anything I should have booked two nights instead of one - next time. I didn't realize there were so many attractions in Cincinnati. Big fan of WKRP in Cincinnati - Les Nesman and the crew!

Ideal business stay

Pros: Very clean, good sized rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The courtesy van drivers were all super helpful and friendly. Good safe driving too.

Cons: The restaurant food choice was limited.
