Wonderful from beginning to end!

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection and all necessary toppings and condiments. Coffee was always fresh, the common areas were always clean, and every member of the staff was warm and friendly!

Wonderful from arrival to departure! If they had an affordable monthly rate I'd live there!

Pros: The staff, facilities, beds, and everything in between were wonderful. Possibly the most pleasant hotel stay I've ever experienced!

Pros: Good breakfast, clean room. Good location to the Creation Museum.

Cons: The driveway and parking lot is in serious need of repair.

The 4 day stay was a pleasant experience.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner was very quiet.

Cons: The breakfast utensils were not hygienic and strong enough. They were out in the open air for every one to manipulate at will. The Quality Inn in Kitchener were individually wrapped. Peanut butter cups would be really nice to have along with the jams.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a pleasant experience.

Pros: The staff was friendly and very . The receptionist gave us an accessible room near the lobby. I use a cane and it was a big help. The person keeping up the breakfast area did a good job of keeping it stocked and clean. Even the housekeeping guy had a cheerful hello.

Cons: Nothing stands out.
