Hilton Cincinnati Airport

Short but sweet.

Pros: Destiny is a treasure. The shuttle drivers were great as well, very personable.

Very enjoyable and our Check out staff on 7/31 helpful. She helped my granddaughter so much.

Pros: The breakfast was very good and loved the choices and fresh fruit was great desert after .

Cons: The fan blower noise in pool was annoying but we understood reason for it.

Pros: Comfy beds with plenty of pillows, room was very spacious. Check in & out was quick.

Cons: I wish the bar stayed open until either 1am or 2am. Came for a family wedding, when we returned after reception. We hoped to have a few drinks at bar and watch a few ncaa football games. But bar had stopped serving after 11:30

Amazing!

Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful! The staff went out of their way to help me, as I had an injured knee. They brought my luggage to the room and even keep my ice packs for my knee in their freezer. Not to mention….the shuttle van driver drove me across the parking lot to a restaurant so I wouldn’t have to walk on my injured knee. The manager over the breakfast asked if I had paid for the breakfast and I replied I was not sure. She immediately said Your meal is on us. Over the years, I have always stayed at the hotel when I am traveling from the Cincinnati airport. I am a customer for life!!

Staff went Above & Beyond at this Exceptionally Well-maintained Hilton Hotel!

Pros: Facilities are clean and well-kept. Was easy to relax and to sleep. TV channels were more than adequate, lotion, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner were of good quality. Overall, it seemed like a well-run facility and exceptional staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. I walk with a cane and am prone to falling. The front desk manager and staff were so very helpful. That morning Brian met me at my room promptly at 4:45 a.m., he escorted me to the main lobby, helped with my bags, loaded them on the shuttle and, then he even carried my bags into the airport (Delta ticket counter). I am so grateful to Brian, to the shuttle driver who gave him the time to further escort me to the ticket counter, and to the front office manager and staff who facilitated that service and to Brian who was amazing and a life-saver! Thank you, Hilton Cincinnati Airport!

Pros: Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Close to airport and walking distance to several resturants. The room was very very quiet.
