The two staff members of front desk (PM & AM) & the maintenance man were all very friendly, helpful & profes

Pros: Safe, clean & friendly, Good for a lady travelling alone.

Pros: Having the refrigerator and kitchen was a plus. The beds were comfortable and Bryant at the front desk was great. he helped us with an issue we had and he was always smiling and happy.

Cons: there could be a bit better selection for breakfast.

I'd stay here again.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was good value for money. The room was clean and during our week stay we were not disturbed by housekeeping or other guests. The hotel is situated in a good central location.

Cons: Just little things, such as the bath was really small and I'm only a short person, which was a little disappointing. It would have been a little better if the kitchen equipment was already in the room when we arrived instead of having to ask for it.
