Excellent accommodation

Pros: Very neat and expansive accommodation, comfortable bed, value for money

I will consider this hotel when I travel to Brimfield again. I will consider newer, nearby hotels.

Pros: My room was exceptionally nicely decorated, clean, and well-designed layout. All relatively new. No issues at all with exterior noise. Good TV selections thought Disney was missing because of some dispute mentioned on the screen for missing program channels. I did not miss Disney, but families might. Felt secure throughout stay.

Cons: Exterior curtain liners were torn in several rooms as seen from the parking lot. Not being able to get a statement with the actual amount I paid broken down by room and taxes. Bookings made up some non-accurate email address for me that for the transaction, nonetheless I actually got email at correct address. This website shows a Romanian flag by my name. I am US citizen from US.

Pros: The Staff are amazing 😉 Anything I needed they were more than willing & helpful with request. I will definitely book again here @ this location..... my Husband & I both appreciate the great staff service we received.💕

Cons: Breakfast is what my Husband enjoyed the most! Lots of choices & hot coffee to choose from.

Pros: When I got there, my room was ready.But I was kind of unsatisfied with the smell that was in the room.Your staff was quick to change me out to another room and I totally appreciate that in the state was awesome after that. And I really love the location because it was down the street from my family, so it wasn't far from me to travel.I appreciate your time and all the work efforts of your staff

Cons: Just unsatisfied with one of the room conditions that you quickly switched out

Pros: Comfy bed, attractive room with personalization, excellent breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom was only half-cleaned; room may have been rented before housekeeper was finished.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs with easy access to main highways. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. I used the business center to print a Word Doc that I didn't have time to print before traveling.

Pros: Room was updated and clean. The hot breakfast was very good we enjoyed it each morning. The young lady did a great job keeping things stocked and cleaned.

Cons: The only thing I can complain about is the strong air freshener when you walk in it hits you and throughout the hallways.

Relaxing stay for a quick trip to KSU meet.

Pros: Clean room, with extra towels. Accommodating for breakfast option, we out if the way to get me something for a medically restricted diet.

Cons: The ice was not as good on the 3rd floor as it was by the front desk.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful and happily answered any questions. The breakfast was filling and the waffles fluffy and delicious.
