Great value for the money. The rooms were comfortable and clean which is all we wanted

Pros: Hotel was clean and the personnel was very polite and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service after the first night but we brought our towels down and we were given fresh towels. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: Yogurt would have been a nice addition to the breakfast and maybe a toaster but other than that the buffet was good and clean and the service was excellent.

Nice hotel at a bargain price

Pros: The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was also quiet and honestly love that bare floors over carpeted. Beds were comfortable. Affordable price for the location and hotel overall.

Cons: The bathroom was too small. The room was too hot and had to turn off the unit to get the room to cool so it became chilly in the sleeping hours. Parking lot entering the area needs a lot of attention.

Good overall stay.

Pros: The staff was very kind and accomodating. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. .

Cons: The bathroom sink mirror light didn't work. The television was difficult to navigate with the remote and had no channel guide. There was no ice machine, so we had to go to the front desk for ice. The hotel is still undergoing remodeling, so I didn't expect everything to be perfect.

Overnight stay, good value for money

Pros: The hotel is located just off the interstate but we didn’t hear any road noise. The room was exactly like the photos and very clean. Breakfast was included in the price with lots of choice of muffins, oats, fruit and cereal bars along with a waffle machine. We knew there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room so brought our own. Overall this hotel is fine for an overnight stay and good value for money.

Cons: I didn’t like that we had an interconnecting door and could hear the occupants of the next room. Luckily they were quiet after 9pm but up early at 6am. If staying here again I would request a room without a connecting door.

The remodeling is great, the room I stayed in was nice.

Pros: Remodeled rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great and communicated well.

Pros: Great value for the money...pleasant staff, clean room, decent continental breakfast, convenient location to where we were headed. We will definitely stay here again!

Cons: The toilet was a little wobbly and the beds made noise with any movement.

Pros: The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was something to eat. The location was good because we were headed to Hartville so it was only 20 minutes away.

Cons: A little more variety for breakfast like cereal, more bread varieties.

We needed a clean, safe place to stay for 2 nights; your property sufficed.

Pros: Our room was ok; really just the basics. It sufficed for a good price. Decent breakfast, although some bread / toast / english muffins / bagel options would be nice.

Cons: The furniture was a bit dated. We also did not particularly appreciate the adjoining room door within our room to the next room (yes, it was locked). It allowed more sound to travel into our room from the adjoining room. Would rather not have that it we come to stay again.
