Great time in Akron! Thank you for the wonderful stay

Pros: The rooms were good size, modern and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to freinds and other family.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of one thing that could have been better. I was completely satisfied.

Lovely hotel in a classic building downtown

Pros: Well renovated hotel in an older classic building. Close to everything.

Cons: Parking in a garage next door was not complimentary. The hotel level with direct access was poorly marked and hard to find. Staff directions were poor.

Pros: Room was very big and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, and everything was v very clean.

Cons: It was initially a bit confusing as to how to get to the lobby from parking garage, but we figured it out.

Very nice!

Pros: Downtown location, with adjacent parking garage, was excellent. No meal service on Sunday evening but breakfast on Monday morning was good. Rooms were well laid out and comfortable. Staff was attentive.

Cons: Outdoor patio area was not terribly inviting. Needs more shade, and perhaps a water feature.

Charming building and convenient location

Pros: Great location for my meetings at Summa health. Charming building and clean room. Walking distance to a nice brewery- Acronym Brewing- and the best little coffee shop in the USA- Akron Coffee Rosters.

Perfect stay!

Pros: Lovely hotel, short walk to Akron Civic Theatre, cool bars and coffee shops, Art Gallery and brewery are just around the corner. Also, if you're feeling like going for a run, Erie-Ohio canal trail is right there.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice. I like the security of them locking the doors after 11. The parking garage was free for hotel guests. Our venue we were going to was right across the street! Overall, a great stay.

Cons: I really have no complaints.
