Ok hotel with fabulous staff.

Pros: I thought the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again just because of them.

Cons: The carpet was dated and had several holes in it. I think it looked dirty because of its age. The room just looked like it needed to be updated.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Second time here. Nice hotel. Some of the staff left a bit to be desired, but that wouldn't keep me away from another stay.

Cons: Again, a couple of the staff need retraining. But that's just my opinion. Also, if you say your dining area is open til 11pm, you should serve. I couldn't even grab a dessert for my room at 10:15. And those pillows...awful. But these same types of pillows seem to be everywhere.

Fantastic Service!!

Pros: We were traveling and booked this hotel pretty last minute. It was a beautiful space, the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the bar was fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: didn't eat breakfast, Was not able to use military discount due to booking on line.

Decent hotel at a fair price.

Pros: It is a very typical hotel. Standard queen beds, small fridge, coffee pot, TV, and WIFI. The bathroom was larger than normal and clean. Breakfast has a limited menu but the food was good. You can either choose a breakfast buffet or order from a menu. The place has a decent bar where anyone looking for a beverage should be able to find something that satisfies them. The staff was really nice.

Cons: The booking.com reservation claimed that with my reservation I could get breakfast for $1.00. The hotel does not have any such offer. That wasn't a big deal. The breakfast menu has items from $10 to $15 - so it's not like paying $45 for a bowl of cereal in NY flop house.

Pros: The service was very nice. It was very clean! ... loved our breakfast servers. They were amazing! .easy check in... clean elevators...
