Great place to stay with nice employees and a luxurious feel

Pros: Located far enough off the highway so there wasn't a lot of traffic or noise, breakfast was really good and sometimes went after 9 am. Lobby was spacious and modern. Pool was small, but jacuzzi was large.

Cons: The mini fridge was set to arctic ice.

Recommend to stay

Pros: Close to Cuyahoga National Park. Staff are very nice, polite and patient. Clean. I like the swimming pool and whirlpool.

Cons: Reserved the rooms through Booking.com, some misunderstood between booking.com and the hotel. Other than that, all is super.

Cons: 1. No conditioner in the shower 2. TV inoperational 3. Hall way light did not work

Our stay was very nice and it was perfect for what we needed.

Pros: We liked that it was conveniently located near many stores for essentials if needed and near the restaurant we had reservations for.

Cons: We did not like that they allowed others to have a speaker in the pool area that didn’t respect that others wouldn’t want to listen to what was on their speaker.
