Always at home at Hampton Inn.

Pros: The breakfast was wonderful & the staff wad so nice. The room was just perfect even the temperature. Unfortunately I had an emergency at home and checked a day early the staff was very accommodating to my needs. This Hampton was clean, nice rooms, great location just off the interstate. Everything was just wonderful.

Pros: The location, room was clean the staff was friendly

Cons: No microwave in room and the fridge froze everything

The staff was very good and helpful, the rooms very clean, the free breakfast was great.

Pros: The first day after our first night we went back to the hotel to rest. There was banging and noise for several hours in the afternoon. We understand about cleaning the rooms. But it disturbed us. It doesn’t result in lower rating.

Cons: I don’t know what could be done other the softer door closers. The doors to the rooms close with a banging noise.

It was a great stay, we will stay again in the future.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Check in was very simple. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons: change out towels/garbage every day versus every other like happened to us. We weren't aware that they weren't changing every day. Just communicate a little better, that's all.

Pros: stay here always because staff so helpful and pleasant room hood size long halls give me opportunity to walk briskly to exercise great breakfast great location

Pros: continental breakfast was awesome. Coffee was fantastic. People were overly friendly room was extremely clean.

Pros: On Nov 8th when my mom an I entered the building the man that was at the desk instantly smiled and greeted us. He was so helpful and kind I have never had that great of service at a hotel before. And the lady in the front the next morning was just as sweet with smiles. It was a super great experience. Even if the room would have been dirty it would be because of those two that I would have stayed. Also, the breakfast lady was great and greeted us also. U have the best team.
