Pros: Luxurious, new construction. Perfect building layout for a vacation home. Great location, isolated and private enough. That you see in the pictures is what you get (July 2025) We were 6 adults and 6 kids and we were all very comfortable. Nice furniture, room to cook and eat (2 dining tables one inside 1 on closed in porch) Perfect stay and a value for the price!

Cons: Location is on a hill. Beautiful scenery, but no yard space. We played corn hole in front in the large driveway. Still has a blast. Has a huge hot tub almost a swimming pool, kids under 6 started in that the whole time if we were in the house.

Our entire family had an excellent stay

Pros: I’ve traveled the world, and The property itself was very thought out for family vacation, everything from kitchen utensils to floor plan to the amenities of hot tub and all the thoughtfulness and details that went into planning the screened deck area we’re simply amazing. The decorating was impeccable, the beds were amazing, everything was done in such good taste and first class. We will be visiting yearly. Someone had a wonderful vision and acted upon it. The view from the deck is stunning. Entire family had breakfast and dinner out there daily. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Beautiful family memories.

This was a great birthday getaway with friends

Pros: The set up was beautiful, the scenery as well. Beds are comfy

Cons: I disliked all the bugs while we were outside. There was trash when we arrived, but it was removed once I told them. The stove cooks slower than we are used to. The grill wasn’t clean

It was perfect, everything we needed!

Pros: The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There were so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect - close enough to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and relaxing

From the moment you open the door the villa is amazing. Very clean, modern, roomy and bright.

Pros: We liked everything about this villa. It exceeded our expectation and would 100% recommend it. It's a place for relaxing in a hot tub after a long hiking day, put some food on the gas grill, and enjoy the evening playing games with the kids. If anyone is looking for an amazing place to stay while at Hocking Hills, look no further than this villa. We would definitely come again 100%.
