Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Location was very convenient and rooms well maintained

Cons: Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t check the room after the first night also ice machine on floor was not working and there was no ice bucket

Pros: Pretty clean and 7 brew out front. Friendly staff.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was not the best. No waffles which was son was looking forward to. Pool was smaller than it looked on pictures and water was not very warm. Restaurant food took a long time to come out because there was 1 family ahead of us.

Pros: The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Great and kind staff. Food from the restaurant wasnt the greatest, for what it looked like youd get. Most the menu was not avialble. Kids menu not avilable. But otherwise a present stay. Would stay again

Very expensive stay at a mediocre hotel.

Pros: It was a nice location near our destination. But $300 for that room which was only semi clean, is not a good value. It was freezing in the room and there was no extra blanket to be found. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and if the room had been cleaned, there wouldn’t have bits of dirt or something clinging to my socks when I walked from one part of the room to another.

Cons: Just the fact the room wasn’t nearly as clean as I’m accustomed to when I rent a hotel room was disappointing.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, lots of community meeting areas. Room was exceptional- how can you not like two kings?!

Pros: The staff was awesome. The room was extremely clean. We didn't partake in the bar or food.

Cons: This is going to sound silly, however, the beds were 3 feet high. Very difficult to get into for an older adult. We managed because I bring a stool with me since hotels think beds should be so high. Alot of older adults have trouble with their legs and climbing in makes it very hard. I also will say the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well.

Pros: We expected to have a free continental breakfast, however, for the excellent low room price I can see why you couldn't offer it. Your Hotel was very clean, including the swimming pool area. The Staff at the front counter were always smiling and helpful.

Cons: Offer a continental breakfast.
