Comfort Suites Hartville-North Canton

Great stay, great customer service and will stay again

Pros: Was a great little get away. Very close to the Hartville Market, gas stations, grocery store, fast food. Everything was awesome

Cons: My sister came the next day and her room was huge and there were only 2 of them. I had 5 in my suite which was alot smaller. It would have been nice to have had a bigger suite like hers for the room.

Loved it, will defo stay there again. The coffee was probably the best part.

Pros: Loved the quiet, no noisy roads, near too shops and good size fridge and microwave in the room. Comfy bed, really lovely staff.

Cons: I love gyms and in photos online they have a selection of dumbbells sadly they have replaced with a cable machine, limiting basic workouts. Breakfasts, just a lot of plastic cutlery and disposables every day, really sad to see the amount of waste and nothing recycled. Could do with some healthy cereals bran flakes or similar with no added sugar. Also I would like to peel my own eggs.

Pros: Breakfast was very delicious and very filling. The staff was wonderful and did a great job of making the breakfast area clean.

Cons: My fiancé and I talked about it and we didn’t notice anything that we didn’t like. We had a wonderful and relaxing time just the both of us.

Relaxing and reliable

Pros: The sausage gravy is awesome had fresh fruit and other health options. The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms was clean and comfortable the water was great piping hot. Checkout was quick and easy.

Cons: The food could have been better. A little over cooked and a little under seasoned. Although there was a variety of different options. Other than that was family and pets friendly.

Pros: the brkfst was great except the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was barely lukewarm.

Cons: the gravy that was not hot!

Pros: Joseph was so cheerful and friendly. He made it easy to ask questions and helped us with everything we needed.

Awesome!

Pros: We make an annual trip back to Ohio each year during the fall to visit Family, Friends and especially our Daughter's grave site. We like this location, Surprise Surprise, right next to the Hartville Kitchen and Hartville Hardware. We are very familiar with the Uniontown/Hartville area because that is where we lived before moving to Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. This Hotel is top notch and fulfills all our needs.

Pros: Great customer service, awesome pool hut tub, and delicious breakfast 😁

Pros: Staff was very friendly. The room felt clean and comfortable. We loved the coffee, cookies and water in the lobby!

Cons: pool temp was a bit cold
