Excellent staff comfortable bed

We lan to stay here again when we come back to visit the football HoF

Pros: The property was very clean and well laid out. There were numerous amenities and my family made use of several of them. Also, we had a first floor room and the exterior noise levels were lower than expected and I appreciated that.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: The friendly staff. The fact I could bring my 2 ESA shihtzus.

Cons: The restaurant, bar and Cafe not available on weekends. Restrictive menu, so if it were open I would not of ate there anyway

Clean and nice place to stay!

Pros: The lady at the front desk was amazing! Very clean!

Cons: The only problem I had was I couldn't get a room with one bed instead of two. There were a lot of ppl there.

Pros: The lady at the front desk when we first arrived was great. Very personable & helpful. Heather the barmaid was very nice & good at her job. All the employees were friendly. Everything was very clean as well.

Fine for me

Pros: The location was the best thing. Close to the HOF where my teenager had to be for a sports tournament. For the price, I felt a basic breakfast or good coffee (Starbucks) is promoted) should be included, but only in the Cafe area, not in the room. Room was fine, beds comfortable, not noisy, and clean.

Cons: Lack of breakfast being included, along with Starbucks.
