Brilliant location for a stay in Charleston.

Pros: The Charleston Holiday Inn was fantastic for our stay in West Virginia. It is close in proximity to the city's historical district which is perfect for dinner or a night out. Parking is convenient and plentiful too. Rooms are well kept, spacious, and clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with a good variety.

Great hotel. Would use again if staying in Charleston.

Pros: Location. Big room. Great view of River. Breakfast was good quality with lots of choice.

Cons: Nothing really although receptionist seemed a bit frosty on a couple of occasions. Maybe our English accents. Janitors and cleaning staff were really helpful and friendly.

Great value and convenient to Coliseum.

Pros: The facility was exceptional. I requested a handicap accessible room and it was perfect. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and plentiful.
