Close to where we needed to be, but had some glitches.

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They worked to get us a voucher for breakfast because is was not included in our stay as stated on Booking.com.

Cons: The room had a funny smell and there is NO breakfast included. Booking.com lists the property as breakfast included but this is not so.

Very good stay!

Pros: Staff were phenomenal. Checkin and questions of desk staff throughout our stay is commendable. The staff who provided breakfast and dinner were options were outstanding -- they provided very tasty options and we believe they deserve a shout-out! The best!!!

Would absolutely stay again

Pros: Very convenient to the highway easy to get on and off. Rooms are very clean very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Best hotel in WV.

Pros: Cindy and her team are amazing. Hotel is beautiful. Comfiest of beds. Remodeled rooms.

Cons: The room fridge wasn't very good at keeping stuff cold.

Courtyard was a step up from where we have stayed previously in Charleston.

Pros: Convenient location and staff was friendly but scarce. It’s a bit frustrating to not be able to find anyone and I know that is pretty common these days.

Cons: Our shower was pretty gross with mildew. Just a suggestion to cleaning crew to leave shower door open after cleaning to let air circulate and dry the shower out.

It was a short but 10/10 great stay, only down side is having to wait to comback do it all over again

Pros: The staff and environment and the friendly atmosphere, as well it’s location

Cons: The location has a really clean parking lot compared to neighboring facilities and has a perfect view and location of what Charleston WV has to offer

Everything was amazing and the lady at the registration desk by the market was phenomenal!

Pros: The only bad thing was that I wish there was not a charge for parking.

Pros: Overall everything was great. It was an unexpected stay for a medical emergency and it was convenient to the hospital, we found everything to be excellent and will stay again if in the area again and need to.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
