Comfortable hotel in Charleston

Pros: Spacious room. Swimming pool open until 10pm (though it looks more for rehabilitation than for swimming) Close to commercial center

Cons: Charleston has since long lived his best days. Historic downtown is a succession of empty spaces out for lease. Hotel needs some renovation. Cleanliness not impeccable (found some hair on the floor in the bathroom) but overall acceptable. Standard of furniture is less than what one would expect from this chain.

Great stay

Peaceful and fun.

Pros: Night staff Brendan and Brittany I believe, were fantastic. They were kind as they swiftly checked us in! Great experience with them. Breakfast was sad.

Cons: Ehh I have high expectations. But I asked for any help to make it a romantic night on the site but nothing was done.

The property offers excellent value for money, covering all aspects of comfort.

Pros: I will definitely recommend it to others and plan to book for my future visits to Charleston. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent.

Pros: I LOVED the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower and the rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly

Cons: The breakfast was OK i was expecting bacon but there wasn’t any so a bit disappointed about that but the waffles were good. Did not like that CBS wasn’t available on our TV we had to miss a show that we watch at home.

We always stay at this hotel on way to Mrytle Beach. Love the mattress

Cons: Carpet in bedroom was showing age

This hotel is clean and in a great location. I would return.

Pros: Sadly, we did not wake up early enough to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool the night we checked in. It is a small pool,but nice. It was very crowded the night we were there people were very respectful.

Cons: The jets is the hot tub were not working. The door to the fire pit area locked behind us and our key did not work to come back inside the pool area. Nobody's key worked for reentering the pool causing everyone to rely on people to get out of the hot tub to open the door for people or they would be stuck outside. We were fortunate it was very crowded with helpful people!

Exceeded expectations

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well maintained even in the midst of an icy mess. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing I would change except possibly removing the old mini fridge that wasn't working, a new fridge was in a different cabinet but when I opened the old one not knowing there was another one water dropped out of it all over the floor.

Pros: Nice clean rooms. All employees we had contact with were very nice and helpful

Clean, Great Location, Friendly staff!

Pros: Great location! Several restaurants and shops within walking distance! The breakfast was wonderful!
